10th Anniversary Conference
30th - 31st October
11:00 am
Two Days of Powerful Talks
* Civic Voice will confirm in September, whether a conference will take place for 2020. We will make a decision based on the Government's latest advice and guidance.
What next for the civic movement?
The 2-day conference will bring together a range of speakers including:
-
Griff Rhys Jones, Civic Voice President
-
Sue Manns, RTPI President
-
Matthew Carmona, Place Alliance Chair
Each speaker will be representing a different background and profession, from national policy makers to community groups, who are contributing to the national agenda on public participation in placemaking.
The workshops, walks, talks and speakers will all link into the Civic Movement's priorities to put 'public participation at the heart of places'. We will use the conference to publish research, organise workshops and highlight specific lessons and to consider, what next for the civic movement?
The conference will start on October 30th at 11am and will be finished by 4pm on Saturday 31st October.
